I wish I had a treadmill. I’d probably walk on it all day on the days I have nothing to do. I could Tumble from my phone or computer while I did it, too. And homework and anything. It’s better than sitting on my butt.

I weighed myself a few days ago and I’d lost a little weight. Happy :)

Worried. Tomorrow I’m in Leeds and I’m with my dad so I know he’ll wanna’ eat out. Lucky I know my way around Leeds so I can make him miss the awfully calorific restaurants like T.G.I.
Might just persuade him to go to Nando’s and get a 230 calories salad (without chicken).
Any advice on what to do? :(

I’m gonna’ weigh myself on Friday and I hope I’ve lost at least a pound!

14.2.2012 INTAKE
Breakfast - None (slept in).
Lunch - Banana (100 calories) and a John West tuna light lunch pack (247 calories).
Dinner - Prawns (99 calories), green pepper (30 calories), six cherry tomato’s (18 calories), spinach (20 calories) and 2 tbsp of soy sauce (20 calories).
Snacks - Four slices of garlic sausage (140 calories) and a yoghurt and blueberries (87 calories).
TOTAL - 761 CALORIES.

In regards to my diet.
These past two days have been poor, with the first being a success. Been with friends so it’s kinda’ lacked.
I haven’t gone OTT. I haven’t bloated, just eaten the wrong kinda’ food.
Gonna prepare my food now for tomorrow in three containers, one for each meal, then I know that’s my limit.
Hope everyone’s doing okay. Gonna’ exercise so much tonight...

Just had a small binge.
Tiny bowl of natural yogurt with blueberries and honey. I don’t feel too bad coz’ it’s quite healthy and I never get any sources of calcium as I hate cheese. So I always feel better eating yogurt.. but yeah I feel so fat now aha.
