Lunch - Yellow pepper (30 calories), Sainsbury’s tuna, beans and tomatoes (71 calories), spinach (5 calories), olives (100 approx), 4 slices of garlic sausage (140 calories) and a table spoon of light than light mayo’ (12 calories).

Dinner - Cod in parsley sauce (125 calories), spinach (10 calories) and broccoli (30 calories).

TOTAL - 762 CALORIES.

It’s my first day starting again so I’m not to concerned that it’s higher than I’d like it.
