In regards to my diet.
These past two days have been poor, with the first being a success. Been with friends so it’s kinda’ lacked.
I haven’t gone OTT. I haven’t bloated, just eaten the wrong kinda’ food.
Gonna prepare my food now for tomorrow in three containers, one for each meal, then I know that’s my limit.
Hope everyone’s doing okay. Gonna’ exercise so much tonight x
